Cancellation Policy

YOUR ESTY BESTIE BOOKING & APPOINTMENT POLICY Thank you for choosing Your Esty Bestie! To provide the best experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking your appointment. BOOKING DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Deposits are applied toward your scheduled service total. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We understand that life happens! If you need to make changes to your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments may be rescheduled: • Through the booking app • Using the reschedule link included in your confirmation email Clients who cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before their appointment will forfeit their deposit. NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit. Future appointments may require full payment at the time of booking. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled if time does not allow the full service to be completed. Late arrivals may also result in forfeiture of the deposit if the appointment cannot be accommodated. NO REFUND POLICY All services provided by Your Esty Bestie are final. Due to the nature of personal care services, NO REFUNDS will be issued on completed services, deposits, gift certificates, or prepaid appointments. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss an appropriate solution. PAYMENT The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment unless prepaid. Accepted payment methods will be provided at checkout. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Your Esty Bestie reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client displays inappropriate, abusive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior. By booking an appointment with Your Esty Bestie, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
